Business Continuity: Best Practices and Use Cases

December 22, 2022 11 AM PT | 2 PM ET Your Desk!

We will look at best practices for an organization’s business continuity program, including scoping for the organization’s size, engaging key players, working through the lifecycle, maturing their program and applying use cases.

When finished, participants should have a better understanding of how to:
•    size business continuity for their organization,
•    share the responsibility of building and maintaining plans with plan owners,
•    use the business impact assessment (BIA) to determine what belongs in a business continuity plan,
•    build and exercise their plans, and
•    mature their program
